  • How do you envisage communication in your exchange? How do you want students to communicate?
  • Would you like to have access to students’ on-task communication?
  • What might be the possible technical constraints at your/your partner’s institution?
  • Will you/your partner have technical support?

You may also wish to think in terms of particular solutions that is:

  • the platform
  • communication tools
  • tools supporting collaboration
  • other
