First steps to designing your own exchange
Think of the task sequence that can be beneficial for your and your partner’s students. In particular consider the following:

Who are your prospective participants?

What would you like your students to learn in the exchange?

How long may your exchange last?

What kind of joint product would you expect the participants to create?
At this stage it’s a good idea to create a shared document where you and your VE partner will start collecting information about your project.
